Thimphu 

The capital of Bhutan, Thimphu is the hub of administrative, economic, and cultural activities. Bumthang

Often considered to be the cultural heartland of Bhutan, Bumthang is known for its ancient temples, monasteries,  cultural beauty, and the mystical stories that originate from its lands. It is home to yathra the Bhutanese fabric now commonly used for jackets and bags, made from the wool of the yak. A little distance from it, you can feast your sight on the colors and intricate designs of kushuthara.

A few hours' drive from the Paro International Airport and the capital, Bumthang, despite its remoteness, offers marvelous venues for MICE events. 

Wangdue Phodrang

Another place a few hours away from the capital is Wangdue Phodrang. Another district with scenic landscapes and modern conference facilities in hotels and resorts suitable for hosting small to medium-sized MICE events.

Like Punakha, Wangdue Phodrang too is an ideal place for MICE events in the winter, owing to its temperature.
